Clever nutrition and a sensual festival is what we proudly present in our cuisine – from morning until late night. Our Chef Hansjörg Schulz has gained his longtime experience at home and abroad and also has a a degree in dietary cooking.
Extras and Special Treatments are always welcome. Special diets, for diabetics or vegetarians – our Chef will certainly accomodate your requests. We make our own bread and most of our products come from local farmers and regional producers. Quality is our highest ambition.
