Horseriding & horse carriage trips

Alexandra Entner offers competent horse-riders the chance to ride into the nature reserve around the Achensee so that guests can experience the scenic attractions on horseback.

Riders will enjoy a sense of freedom as they are carried through the countryside on demanding mountain trails. Four horses live at the Wiesenhof – one docile Haflinger, a sturdy Quarter horse and two hardy and lively Criollos. The Criollos are recent arrivals to the Wiesenhof. They have come directly from Argentina, and have been trained as polo ponies. We also offer riding lessons for children and adults.

Apart from the horses, the Wiesenhof is also home to three miniature donkeys, who have proved a big hit with the smaller guests in particular. Children can go on a donkey walking tour with their parents.

Horse carriage trips & sleigh rides

In summer we offer horse carriage trips, in winter romantic sleigh rides through the snow-covered Karwendel valleys.
