What began as a small family business a century ago is now lovingly run by the 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th generations. We would like to introduce you to the people behind our hotel – the faces and stories of those who put their heart and soul into making your stay truly unforgettable.
Host Family Entner
Hans Entner †
Hans was not only Burgi’s husband but also the senior owner of the hotel and the farm. With his warm nature, boundless energy, and wise counsel, he shaped the Wiesenhof for decades. Sadly, he passed away on his 86th birthday in 2024. However, his spirit and vision continue to inspire and guide our family.
Burgi Entner
Burgi is the heart of the hotel and has been deeply connected to the Wiesenhof for many years. With her exceptional flair for decorating, she always creates a warm and inviting atmosphere with thoughtful details. Tireless in her efforts, Burgi is always present and a true pillar of support for all of us.
Hansi Entner
Hansi, the eldest son of Burgi and Hans, now leads the Wiesenhof. He manages the business with great passion and expertise, seamlessly blending tradition with progress. By integrating modern technology, Hansi consistently prioritizes efficiency, quality, and sustainable solutions to ensure the Wiesenhof is fit for the future.
Alexandra Entner
Alexandra is the driving force behind the hotel, propelling its growth and success with her clear vision, outstanding leadership, and boundless energy. She knows every corner of the hotel inside and out, steps in wherever she is needed, and shines with her expertise and genuine hospitality – a true all-rounder.
Johannes Entner
Johannes, Alexandra and Hansi’s eldest child, proudly carries on the family legacy as part of the fourth generation at the Wiesenhof. As Head of Service, he goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels cared for and leaves with unforgettable memories. With his dedication and warm hospitality, Johannes makes every guest feel truly at home.
Katharina Entner
Katharina Entner, daughter of Hansi and Alexandra, proudly represents the fourth generation of the Wiesenhof family. She is responsible for the hotel’s office and administration, as well as managing the farm. With a keen eye for colour and form, Katharina brings her creative touch to the thoughtful design of the Wiesenhof.

Madeleine
For over ten years, Madeleine has been an integral part of the Wiesenhof team as Reception Manager. Her professionalism, combined with her warm and welcoming personality, makes her an indispensable member of our team.
Günter
Günter is the Wiesenhof’s gardening expert, tending to the entire outdoor area with great care and a skilful green thumb. His dedication ensures that guests can enjoy the beauty of nature surrounding the hotel in all seasons.
Stefan
Stefan, our Maintenance Engineer, is the go-to guy for all technical matters in and around the hotel. With his specialist knowledge of electrical engineering and lift technology, he ensures that all systems run smoothly.
For us, the Wiesenhof is more than just a hotel – it is our home, and we are delighted to share it with our guests. Each of us contributes in our own unique way to making your stay with us is truly special. And, of course, the other members of our extended family are always on hand to offer help and advice. Together, we form a team that puts our heart and soul into making you feel at home.
